When we decided to look at homes in Florida near our father in law we contacted Eric Way. From the initial phone call Eric was professional, personable, and genuine. He did all the research and legwork, providing us detailed walk through of properties as we were in another state and couldn’t be on site. He was flexible and generous with his time as he took us on the search as if we were right there. Once we had settled on a place he contacted all the necessary agencies to provided us with inspections, insurance options also with constant communications.
When we finally closed on the property virtually, and arrived a short time later in person, we were so pleased to see our home for the first time and it exceeded the virtual experience!

We met multiple realtors at different viewings but there was something different about Eric. He did not come off as a salesman, he was not pushy at all.
